    1. Impact of class remedies for members who have opted out;
    2. Res judicata impact on class members that have filed separate legal actions;
    3. Finalizing the class list;
    4. Re-processing claims methodology if UBH were to deny claims based on exclusions not already invoked based on what was not “known or reasonably knowable”;
    5. Methodology for pre- and post-judgment award interest; and
    6. Defendant to provide evidence of using new UM criteria including ASAM, LOCUS or CALOCUS and documentation of any exceptions.
